opusinfo: Silence GCC 12 compiler warning

Because Opus frames have a maximum size of 60 ms (packets can be up to 120 ms, not individual frames), and packets larger than 20 ms are intended for network use where larger packets can be used to reduce per-packet overhead, as opposed to Ogg Opus files which are optimized for small packets, this is going to confuse more people than it will help unless this is clearly explained somewhere, such as the manual page. The manual page (man/opusenc.1) is also missing an update for the new values.

means that the script failed for some reason)This is changing the name of the build job from "autoconf" to "default". Since it is doing an autoconf build, the original name was more helpful.
libogg is not used; there is no reason to install that.
doxygen and dot (graphviz package) are no longer being installed, so configure will disable building the documentation and this will no longer be tested by CI.
The diffs looks good, but can you add some bullet points to the commit message to clarify the purpose?
