This test has been removed from compilation for many months now.
We add it back to compilation, but disable some of the tests which are
not working / may be obsolete.

Note: This test, had it been enabled earlier, would have caught some
recently discovered issues (such as these fixes:
https://aomedia-review.googlesource.com/c/18080)
