We were using w3.org's version, but it's not available over https (!) causing mixed content warnings on the page. Use a relative link to a local copy instead. I think html(5) would be a better target these days, but let's preserve history before rewriting the world.

This removes most devices from the links pages (as they're not sold anymore) and replaces them by current devices of 'big brands' mostly. Furthermore this page is cleaned, dead links and dead projects are removed. The downloads and usage pages are updated in a similar fashion, but I took the liberty to reorganize them and add some applications as well. Signed-off-by:

These were added as part of the scraping process used to generate this repository, and aren't in the original file. This should be done to all the html files, but I in particular wanted to be able to compare differences with the format document in the flac source tree.
