The current maintainer is working on github, rather than the project
gitlab instance. Point people there since it's likely more up to
date.

git.xiph.org is no longer online. Point people at the repo at
the project's gitlab.xiph.org instance.

Update audacity links.

The site was using POST to fetch the rss feed for display on
the landing and news pages to work around aggressive caching
in the apache webserver config.

Since the since was migrated to nginx this method no longer
works. We're not aggressively caching, so GET works fine.
If we do, an exception should simply be made for these
files and/or a server reload should be triggered on update.

Homepage has moved from sourceforge to their own domain.
Thanks to Arturo Busleiman for the reporting the issue.

We were using w3.org's version, but it's not available over https (!)
causing mixed content warnings on the page. Use a relative link to
a local copy instead.

I think html(5) would be a better target these days, but let's
preserve history before rewriting the world.
