adding IP change feature for those who don't have static IP's.

I have verizon DSL and only dynamic IP's. I can't get a static IP from Verizon. but to keep my listeners tuned into my IP/radio server can you implement a IP poll feature that will notify the icecast stream directory of a new IP when dynamic IP's change? so even though my server is still on, your software will tell the icecast stream directory that I have a new IP and my listeners can still connect when it does.

this will prevent me from having to constantly having to edit my hostname IP every time shutting down my service.
