Improve Icecast's logging of developer only messages

Currently Icecast logs many details that are only of interest to developers. Those lines "spam" the error log.

There should be a way to disable those messages. This could happen using the well-known DEBUG macro OR by adding another log level or log flag (as those messages may themself have different log levels as per their logic).
