Due to my failure to use mv correctly, the last commit broke the trunk docs.

This prepares for our switch to mkdocs as docs generator.

Ezstream is first and foremost a Linux/Unix utility, and without
official Windows support or builds, "Windows" is misleading.

Wrapping, whitespace on EOL, ... in preparation for future content changes.

Time to work on documenting things for 2.5

Beta release documentation will be based on snapshots of this.
