Updates for libao: RoarAudio plugin, PulseAudio Plugin [FTBFS], EsounD and Docs

This is a set of updates for libao and ogg123. The following patches are included:

• RoarAudio: Support roar_simple_connect2() which solves the OpenSLP problem is a nicer way.
• PulseAudio: Fixes FTBFS if PA_SAMPLE_S24NE is not supported.
• EsounD: Added support for "client_name" (as listed in "Standard Driver Options" section)
• Update to docs: some minor fixes and updates for the above.
• ckport database for libao
