ogg_int64_t incorrect on 64/32bit multilib systems
On a x86_64 system, the autoconf created header config_types.h is used to define ogg sized types, including 'ogg_int64_t' as 'long'.
This causes 32bit compilers using this header to break, as 'long' is only 32 bits using such a compiler.
This can be recreated simply with the attached C program.
