Runtime DLL used in Debug Mode
The DSP for this project is compiled against the DLL runtime library in debug. A release build uses the static runtime library. This is at worst an annoying inconsistency, but really should runtime use the static library as most developers (IMHO) use this under Win32. The change is simple: "Project Settings" -> "C/C++" -> "Code Generation" and set "Use run-time library" to "debug multithreaded" on the "ogg_static.dsp".
