Thunar ???

Commit dc8bfe5a is likely wrong.

Thunar is a file manager for XFCE, it never had nothing to do with theora, AFAIK.

It is based on the comment in http://lists.xiph.org/pipermail/theora-dev/2025-March/004389.html, and I have no reason to doubt its accuracy.

Anyway I don't think the CHANGES files should be modified:

• I would keep the existing syntax for CHANGES file, to avoid eventually breaking something that could parse it
• other releases had a codename, why just add it only for a specific release?
• and anyway, Thusnelda was not just the codename for final 1.1.0, but also for previous 1.1 releases.

Maybe you can just add it in README.md, something like: The 1.1 release (codenamed Thusnelda) featured...
