Colin, I'm sorry to say your Makefile didn't work. I therefore got the old one back and fixed that up to work now. I'm gonna try and merge yours and mine to make a working better one, but this one will have to do for the next release.

Update of liboggz for windows - also does static linking in for the executables. Dynamic linking has to be taken into a different project file - some other time.

	* mark theora auto_metric as internal, ie. its user_data gets
	automatically free'd when the metric is updated.
	* free user_data for internal metrics associated with the whole
