Correct namings

* Remove 'EXT_' in'EXT_TX' for the names

Since everything that has been called extended is now a standard.

* Rename TxSetType TxSet and etc

- Rename 'ext_tx_' as 'tx_'.
- Rename 'write_tx_type_lv_map' as 'write_tx_type'.

* Rename '*_set_type' as '*_set'

* Rename '*_ext_tx' as '*_tx'

Because it is not 'extended' anymore but a standard.
