re-license to "GPL-2. with OpenSSL exception"

The debian version of icecast2 doesn't ship with openssl, which means we can't embed streams in https pages without a mixed-content warning.

The debian maintainers report that it is due to a openssl licensing conflict that could be resolved if icecast2 could be re-licensed to include an exception for openssl (among other options).

Is that option viable? Other options?
