Added an environment variable AO_PLUGIN_PATH

The environment variable AO_PLUGIN_PATH controls where Libao looks for plug-ins. This allows you to distribute Libao with a different layout without hard-coding the plugin path (which by default locates itself to /usr/local/lib/ao/plugins-4).
