Making it easier to remove DRED experimental ID

When ready, change DRED_EXTENSION_ID to the final ID, remove
DRED_EXPERIMENTAL_VERSION completely, and change DRED_EXPERIMENTAL_BYTES
to zero (eventually remove it).
