Any plans to release final 1.2.0?

v1.1.1...master shows +150 commits since last stable release.

Do you have any plans to release final 1.2.0 release?

I am currently working on wrapping up a new release. Not sure yet which version number it will get, but 1.2.0 is not out of the question. :)

https://github.com/xiph/theora/issues/17 have many good reasons for a new release too.

master...v1.1.1: theora-1.1 branch is > 700 commits ahead of master, is there something important there to port in master?

I do not know anything about the plans for the theora-1.1 branch, nor if anything there should be merged into master. My focus is getting whatever has been added in master after the 1.2.0alpha1 tag released to the wider public.

I'm not aware of any significant work on the 1.1 branch. I suspect the reported > 700 commits is an artifact of the svn -> git conversion.

I plan to wrap up a new release next weekend, with whatever fixes are in the master branch at the time. Please test the code by they to make sure it work for you. :)
