README.md needs update about newer libogg

CHANGES shows that libogg 1.3.4 is required, but README.md still says 1.1 or newer.

Also, the Troubleshooting the build process section could probably be cleaned up (e.g. remove them, given there is a configure check that should make it impossible to get those errors) about errors due to obsolete libogg versions.

There are other files needing an update, just do: grep -ri ogg | grep 1.1

I hope I found everything needed in !39 (merged). Please let me know if I missed something. As for the Troubleshooting the build process section, I guess it might still be useful for those not using autotools, and left it for now.
