Can not encode wav files after using wavtrim.exe

After ripping a song from a CD, I like to run it through wavtrim to remove silent space at the beginning and end of the track. Wavtrim has two options on how to handle the silence trimmed at the beginning of the wav file. The default basically changes the pointer to the start of the music data. The other option physically removes the data from the wav file. Oggdrop and oggencode will not work with wav files trimmed the default way. See the wavtrim FAQ for an explanation.
