Channels are moving to the new network.

Also update some incidental out-of-date information about active
channels and the mailing lists.

The first episode's Korean srt subtitle file didn't have a blank
line between each cue. I'm not sure if that's actually required,
but it's conventional, easier to read, and required by our ad-hoc
parser in subtitles.js.

With this change the Korean subtitles appear properly.

Use the native spelling for the Korean subtitles to they're
more accessible to those who most need them.

Fixes and security badge warning in Firefox about the mixed content.
The media.xiph.org host should always be available over https now.

We prefer secure connections everywhere, and this saves either
the delay of redirecting on the target site, or an insecure
badge from the browser.

This would be better rewritten for the current decade, but in
the meantime replace the broken link, which currently goes to
a malware farm, with a wayback link.

Replace links to git.xiph.org and svn.xiph.org with links to
the new gitlab instance where appropriate.

Also update most primary links to https.

After we lost the primary site to a raid failure, I quickly
reconstructed the live site from backups, including some
incidental updates. This commit synchonizes the git repository
copy with what's been live as a the reconstructed website,
and appears to contain some historical changes which weren't
captured by the reconstruction on this branch.

This excludes the flac and vorbis/listen sub-sites as those
are tracked in separate git repositories.

This was used for testing front-page updates on the live site.
Now that everything is going through version control it's better
to test locally instead.

The vorbis.com site was out of date and has been taken down.

This is currently offline. I'd like to restore it, but in the
meantime broken links are unpleasant.

We've migrated from svn+git+trac to a gitlab instance, and
the trac site is no longer available after the mf4 raid
failure. Just point people to the organization page for
developers instead.

Make all links https, and move some under the xiph.org site.
I generally want to reduce the number of domains we use.

Remove backup index files and a stale domain attestation.
These are available in the history if they're needed later.

This should be generated periodically or dynamically from the
planet rss aggregator but it's down. Copy a static version
from archive.org to avoid an ssi 404 on the landing page.

Previously we were using Apache httpd's language negotiation
feature to serve localized pages, and each page ended with
a locale suffix which was interpreted by the server.

However, outside of the faq we never attracted many localizations,
so it's simpler to drop this when migrating to a new nginx server
configuration.

We lost the intervening subversion history when the mf4 raid
array failed in early May 2020. It's possible to reconstruct
some intervening steps by scraping archive.org, but in the
interests of getting things going again, this commit includes
everything from the current backup hosted by our download
mirror at https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/xiph/websites/

There are also 385 MB of audio files for vorbis/listen,
which haven't been included here to save archive space.

Add documentation and a press release which were present in
Tim's r19601 snapshot. The doc subdirectories generally have
no history because they referenced external subversion repos
and weren't included when the history was migrated to git.
