Fixed multiple bugs in the repacketizer

Repacketizer now seems to work, though it doesn't yet handle
unmergeable packets. Also, test_opis no longer attempt to do proper
gapless at the end of the file, which was causing problems for
repacketization, but also with 32 bit overflows
